About The Event
Two lunch tickets per booth for both Thursday and Friday are included in these fees. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased day of the meeting.
NOTE: Exhibitor booth contents (equipment, signage) cannot extend higher than the top of the 8 ft pipe/draping of the back wall and should not be obstructive to the exhibitor on either side. If booth contents need to extend higher, please indicate (under special consideration) a booth location on an outside wall.
The exhibit committee will attempt to assign booth space and assign the final exhibit area to best advantage of exhibitors- taking into consideration # of booths purchased (single vs. double), separation of competing products, early contract AND fee submission, and rotation of prime booth space from year to year, etc.
