Online Payment For SWACM Membership, Annual Meeting, and Workshops
You can pay SWACM online with most major credit cards when applying for
membership, registering for the Annual Meeting or for various workshops.
Please read this page carefully before proceeding to
the payment page.
Although SWACM now takes online payments, you must fill out the
appropriate registration or membership form. Please Fax or email the form to
Jan Howard along with your Credit Card Receipt ID number that you will
receive upon completion of payment through PayPal.

Step 1: Fill out the appropriate registration or membership form. See the
list below for links to the forms.
Step 2: Choose the correct payment amount for each item on your registration
or membership form and add it to your cart.
Step 3: Choose continue shopping until all your items have been selected.
Step 4: Proceed to Checkout after you have selected all your items.
Step 5: At the Checkout you may use your PayPal account by logging in or pay
by credit card without having a PayPal account.
Step 6: Complete your credit card transaction by completing the required
information.
Step 7: Print your receipt.
Step 8: Record your Receipt ID on the registration or membership form.
Step 9: Fax or email the completed registration or
membership form to:
